About LEIF
LEIF Therapies provides compassionate lactation consulting, as well as feeding and communication therapies in order to support families in nurturing the development of their babies and toddlers. We provide family centered, evidence based care to families on the Treasure Coast and are based out of Stuart, FL.
LEIF Therapies was born to empower families to nurture the growth of their children’s feeding and communication.
Feeding and early communication develop hand in hand: providing early bonding experiences, sharing anatomy, and acting as our first social behavior.
The foundation of LEIF Therapies is at the intersection of two child development practices, Speech Language Pathology and Lactation Consulting. The pairing of these two backgrounds allows for seamless support as you navigate feeding and communication development with your neonate through toddlerhood!
With two branches to this undertaking, lactation consulting services are offered in the home to support families in meeting their breastfeeding goals, while Early Intervention communication and feeding services for children from birth – age three are offered in the home or their childcare setting.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to child rearing
Our mission is to empower you to meet YOUR feeding goals, therefore we are dedicated to creating a judgement-free environment. Services are offered in the convenience of your own home, allowing for attention to and consideration of your family’s individual needs.
